House Democrats on the House Oversight Committee released a new batch of 19 photographs obtained from the estate of Jeffrey Epstein on Friday, saying the images raise fresh questions about the late financier’s connections to some of the world’s most powerful figures.

According to committee members, the images are part of a much larger collection of more than 95,000 photos that were recently turned over from Epstein’s estate and are still under review.

📸 What the Newly Released Photos Show

The photographs, many of which are undated and lack full context, depict Epstein alongside numerous well-known figures across politics, business, entertainment, and media over several decades.

Among those appearing in the images are:

  • Donald Trump
  • Bill Clinton
  • Bill Gates
  • Woody Allen
  • Steve Bannon
  • Richard Branson
  • Alan Dershowitz
  • Larry Summers

Committee staff said several of the photos appear to be public or professional images that were simply found among Epstein’s personal files, while others appear to be candid or private.

In many cases, women appearing in the photos had their faces redacted by Congress to protect privacy. Lawmakers emphasized that none of the images released so far directly implicate any individual in Epstein’s crimes.

🏛️ Democrats Demand Full Transparency

Rep. Robert Garcia of California, the top Democrat on the Oversight Committee, said the release is only the beginning.

“These disturbing photos raise serious questions about Jeffrey Epstein’s relationships with some of the most powerful men in the world,” Garcia said. “We will not rest until the American people get the truth.”

Garcia and other Democrats are calling on the Department of Justice to release all remaining Epstein-related files, separate from the materials Congress has ordered unsealed by December 19, which focus on evidence gathered during federal criminal investigations.

🏢 White House Pushback

The White House responded forcefully to the release of photos that include former President Donald Trump, calling the disclosures politically motivated.

A spokesperson described the images as “cherry-picked” and accused Democrats of attempting to construct a misleading narrative through selective releases and redactions.

Trump has previously denied wrongdoing related to Epstein, and his representatives reiterated that position following Friday’s disclosure.

⚠️ Explicit Materials Not Published

In addition to images of public figures, House Democrats confirmed that several additional photos depict sexual devices, BDSM accessories, and explicit materials found among Epstein’s possessions.

Media outlets, including PEOPLE, declined to publish those images due to their graphic nature and lack of context. Lawmakers said the materials underscore the disturbing environment surrounding Epstein but cautioned against drawing conclusions without corroborating evidence.

📂 More Releases Expected

Committee members said additional photos and materials will be released in the coming days and weeks as investigators continue reviewing the vast archive.

They stressed that:

  • The photos do not establish criminal conduct
  • Context and timelines remain unclear
  • Further disclosures may provide greater clarity

Jeffrey Epstein, a billionaire financier and convicted sex offender, died in 2019 while in federal custody, a death ruled a suicide.

🕯️ Ongoing Fallout

The latest release has reignited public scrutiny around Epstein’s social circle and renewed pressure on federal authorities to make all remaining records public.

Lawmakers say the ultimate goal is accountability and transparency, particularly for survivors of Epstein’s abuse.

This remains a developing story.
